Where we transfer personal information out of the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or a provider's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and its UK and Swiss extensions. You may contact us for more information about the safeguards we use.
Security
We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, and our platform and payment providers maintain their own security programs. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you and receive a copy of it.
- Correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
- Erase your personal information where there is no good reason for us to keep processing it.
- Restrict our processing in certain circumstances.
- Object to processing based on our legitimate interests, and to object at any time to processing for direct marketing.
- Data portability: receive your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and have it transmitted to another controller.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent. This does not affect processing carried out before you withdrew it.
To exercise these rights, email hello@keebos.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond. We aim to respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. In the UK, that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Your rights in California
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives you the following rights:
- Right to know: request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the business purpose for collecting or sharing it, and the categories of third parties we disclose it to.
- Right to delete: request deletion of the personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing: direct us not to sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: we do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that trigger this right.
- Right to non-discrimination: we will not deny you goods or services, charge you different prices, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your rights.
Your right to know is not limited to the previous 12 months. You may request information we collected beyond that period unless doing so would be impossible or involve disproportionate effort.
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers, customer records, commercial information, internet and network activity, geolocation data inferred from IP address, and inferences drawn from the above. We collect this from you directly, automatically from your device, and from our service providers and advertising partners. We disclose these categories to the service providers described above for business purposes, and we share identifiers, internet activity, and inferences with advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising.
To exercise your rights, email hello@keebos.com or use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page. We will respond within 45 days of a verifiable request, and may extend once by a further 45 days with notice. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may ask for proof of their authority.
California Shine the Light
Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83, California residents with an established business relationship with us may request information once a year about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Email hello@keebos.com to make a request.
California minors
Under California Business and Professions Code Section 22581, California residents under 18 who are registered users may request removal of content they have publicly posted. Email hello@keebos.com from the address associated with your account. Removal may not be complete or comprehensive in all circumstances.
Your rights in other US states
Depending on where you live, state privacy laws may give you rights to confirm whether we process your personal data, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, and opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and certain profiling. These laws are in effect in a growing number of states, including Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and others.
To exercise these rights, email hello@keebos.com. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and we will respond to your appeal in writing. Some states also allow you to contact your Attorney General if you have concerns about the outcome.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, our use of advertising and analytics technologies may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information, or "targeted advertising", under California and other US state privacy laws.
You can opt out by:
- Visiting our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page.
- Emailing hello@keebos.com with your request.
- Using the advertising platform and industry opt-out tools listed in the Advertising section above.
- Blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings.
Opting out through a cookie-based tool is specific to the browser and device you use. If you switch browsers or clear your cookies, you will need to opt out again.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. There is no common industry standard for how to respond to DNT, and our site does not currently respond to DNT signals.
Some browsers and extensions send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, which is recognized in California and some other states as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. If you want to be certain your opt-out is recorded, please also use our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information page or email us, and we will apply your request.
Marketing communications
If you opt in, we may send you marketing emails and SMS messages about products, offers, and news. You can unsubscribe from emails using the link at the bottom of any marketing email, and from SMS by replying STOP to any message. Message and data rates may apply. We will still send you transactional messages about your orders.
Our social media pages
We operate pages on social networks, including our Facebook page at facebook.com/keebos and our Instagram profile. When you interact with these pages, the platform collects information about you under its own terms, and provides us with anonymized statistics about our audience. For those statistics, we and Meta act as joint controllers under the GDPR. See the Meta Privacy Policy for how Meta handles your information.
Children's privacy
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact hello@keebos.com and we will delete it.
Links to other websites
Our site may contain links to sites we do not operate. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. We have no control over, and take no responsibility for, the content or privacy practices of any third-party site. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new policy on this page and update the "Last updated" date at the top. Where changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice, which may include emailing you. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Changes take effect when posted.
