Shipping is free in the US, no matter how much you purchase! We’ll ship out your order quickly–typically the same day, if not the next. Once shipped, you'll have your Keebos within 3-5 days in the US.
If you need your Keebos even faster, please select priority shipping to receive it in 2-3 days.
For everyone outside the US, we lowered the shipping to only $14.90, and we cover the rest. Shipping usually takes 7-14 days, depending on the destination.
Returns? (30-day)

Do you have my specific phone model?
Keebos are available for every iPhone and most Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel phones. Is the case Magsafe?
Currently, it’s not; we are working on a magsafe version. You can still charge your phone with the case on.
Can I charge my phone with the case on? (Spoiler alert.. yes!)
Yes, of course, you can use all the functions on your phone just as
you would without the case on your phone. Charging, clicking all buttons, taking photos, etc.
Can I put the Keebos case over my own phone case?
No, because Keebos includes its own protective phone case. So you won’t need another case. If you don’t need the strap for a specific moment, you can just unclip it.
If you want to keep your existing phone case, we also have a universal phone strap that can be attached to any existing phone case. That strap can also be unclipped as needed.
How do Keebos work?
Just place your phone into the slim phone case. Then pull the two ends of the strap to tighten the loop according to your preferred length.

Can I remove the strap? (Spoiler alert.. yes)
Yes; for all our new Keebos, you can unclip the strap if you don’t need it. You can also attach different straps to fit your style and preference. You can even swap in our cute wristlets as well.
